Usually stethoscope comes with brands. There are many brands that you can find and the most famous one is Littmann. Yes, the one I bought. So, maybe that's why it's so much expensive. Here, you can get a brand-new stethoscope as low as RM 6. :hehe: As for sphygmomanometer (the blood pressure thingy), the same thing applies. The branded one is Riester and it may cost as high as RM 400+/-, I think? But sure, the cheapest that I found was only RM20.
