It was so close

I just woke up from my beauty sleep as I’m typing this. I realise that I always sleep during the day directly after class during this whole fasting month. Whoa. What have I become? Lazy bum? The fact that I only sleep 3 hours the most every night makes me sleepy during the day. Anyways, I’ve been tagged by SembangKomputer awhile ago and I forgot, till I came across Aisyah’s post. I’m so sorry MK! I just have too much stuff in my mind right now. :???: In this tag, I need to put a picture of my computer desk. Well, it has dual functions anyway. It also acts as my study desk.

Read the labels. I’m not gonna put any description here.

Okay, I’m done! Weee.. Well, the title isn’t something related with the tag, is it? Anyway, one of my housemates lost her laptop, handphone, and everything that is basically pricey in the blink of an eye. I was so shocked to find that out when I reached my house this afternoon. People were gathering together in the living “room” (not exactly a room but whatever. ) and some were dressed up like policemen..? Not sure about that. I really have no idea how policemen here look like. Pardon me for my absolute ignorance.

Well, the policeman-look-alike stopped me and my other friend by. He wanted to ask a few questions regarding the case and I was cringing, as if I did something wrong. (Heh. I’m such a good girl okay! *innocent face*) :halo: He started to ask us questions like what was the time we left the house, did we see anyone else before going out, where was everyone else during this.. and that.. What is this? A scrutiny? Basically, I felt like I was a suspect, being investigated. How cool is that? Hahaha. Okay, that’s not cool. That’s just scary.

After he was satisfied with my answers, I straight away went upstairs to check on my belongings. I left my laptop on my desk and everything else such as digital camera, my other handphone and iPod Nano were in the drawer, with the keys dangling from the keyhole! (You can see from the picture up there) Gosh. Memang mencari masalah betul la. I felt so lucky that the thief didn’t choose my room to break into but I really felt bad about my other housemate. She must have been devastated. If I were her, I would probably lose my consciousness right at the moment I found I lost everything.

And so now, I’m living in fear. I don’t think I can leave my door unlocked even for a sec. Anything can happen as my room is facing the outside directly. My room door is the only barrier that the thief has to pass through. I just hope something like this won’t happen again. Amin..
